A team of experts in areas of accounting, controlling, administration and payroll. Founded in 2014 and now grown to 6 employees in total, we are taking care of our clients across a variety of sectors and support them where we can.
We are taking care of your administrative tasks (incorporation of companies, capital increases and decreases, changes to the commercial register, opening of bank accounts, etc.) and your accounting, so you can focus on your business. We also assist in bigger projects, such as take-overs, mergers or the sale of a company, liquidity planning, Management Information Systems (MIS) and budgeting.

Next to our longstanding experience we are at home in a large variety of industries and offer Swiss as well international companies our expertise in Switzerland. If needed we can also keep the ledgers according to IFRS or RVB FINMA, even in multiple currencies if needed. We are also able to take over interim management positions and offer C-level support. We are striving to deliver the best service to our customers and to stay state of the art. We are continuously developing our systems and processes and to digitalize them where possible to offer our clients the biggest possible advantage combining know-how and digitalization in the finance space for fair prices.
